To process your application, we require a government-issued ID, your Social Security Number, and verifiable proof of income, which includes your three most recent paystubs.

Is there an application fee?

Yes, there is a $40 application fee. This fee is refundable if your application is not processed or under specific conditions; please reach out to our team for further clarification.

What are the income requirements?

To ensure a comfortable fit, we require applicants to have a monthly income of at least 3x the monthly rent. If you are using a guarantor, they must show a monthly income of at least 4x the monthly rent.

What do you look for during the screening process?

We review every application thoroughly and honestly. This includes a credit approval process and a review of your rental history to ensure you have a positive track record with previous residences.

How long does the approval process take?

We know you’re excited to find your next home. Our team typically provides an approval decision within 1–3 business days once all documents are submitted.

How much is the security deposit?

Our standard security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. This will be due upon the signing of your lease to secure your new space.

We make it simple. Residents have access to an online portal where you can set up recurring payments for rent. Utility setups vary by location, but we will provide you with a clear checklist for your specific city before you move in.
